Our Story

Sampatiki Garden & Sea began in 1993 as a small family business, created with care and a deep love for this quiet corner of Arcadia.

More than thirty years later, the story continues with the family’s second generation. The apartments have been thoughtfully rebuilt by the family’s daughter and her husband, preserving the warmth and simplicity that have always defined the place while giving it a fresh new identity.

Today, Sampatiki Garden & Sea is a collection of six beautifully renovated apartments, thoughtfully designed to offer contemporary comfort while staying true to the character of the place where it all began.

Some things, however, have never changed.

The feeling that every guest should be welcomed as if they were arriving at a family home. The quiet mornings, the conversations in the garden, and the attention to the little details that make every stay feel effortless and personal.
